As a project manager, from CBRE, coordinated with clients, consultants, vendors and different stake holders for the timely completion of the projects.

The activities involved are monitoring the schedules, reporting to the clients, design management, coordination with consultants and vendors for the deliverables.

Procurement management and tracking. Execution & Cost management etc.,

Certification of bills for the payment.

 Handing over and close out of the project.
