Above is a luxury mall of 90,000 S Ft., situated in Velachery, Chennai.

As a Project manager for finishing activities from the client, Phoenix market city, coordinated for the interior finishes mock ups, external Zinc façade cladding work for the review and finalisation by different stake holders for further execution.

Coordinated with client, consultants, vendors and different stake holders for the timely completion of the projects.

The activities involved are managing the schedules, reporting to the clients, design management, coordination with consultants and vendors for the deliverables.

Procurement management and tracking. Execution & Cost management etc.,

Certification of bills for the payment.

 Handing over and close out of the project.
